Whether you’re heading out east or jetting off to Europe, packing for the occasion demands versatile pieces that effortlessly mix and match to prevent overpacking. With that in mind, I've curated recommendations for outfits and pieces to complement five of my favorite destinations, which are also hot spots for many of my clients traveling this summer.

Bodrum Turkey

Nestled on the Turkish Riviera, Bodrum is a perfect blend of vibrant culture and irresistible boho-chic vibes we crave every summer season. There’s so much to explore, from boutique hotels like the Macakizi to pristine white beaches and lively markets brimming with local crafts to take home. Türkbükü's laid-back allure features quaint fishing villages, lively beach clubs, and the newly opened Scorpios for dining. This travel destination is definitely on my must-visit list.

Outfit Recommendations: Opt for Crocheted dresses to pair over bathing suits, playful raffia bags, comfortable yet stylish sandals for walking on uneven surfaces, and, of course, packable wide-brimmed hats to shield yourself from the scorching sun rays.

Capri Italy

Perched on the Amalfi Coast, Capri is a Mediterranean gem known for its stunning cliffs, turquoise waters, and upscale charm. This fashionable island offers a blend of luxury and adventure, with activities like exploring the Blue Grotto and taking day trips to the Gardens of Augustus. Whether you’re strolling through the narrow streets of Camerelle or lounging by the sea, there’s always a good excuse to get dressed up in Capri.

Outfit Recommendations: For daytime, embrace chic linen sets, basket bags, espadrilles, leather sandals, and some elegant body jewelry to accessorize. In the evenings, go all out with luxurious silk maxi dresses, stylish heeled sandals, and an off-white jacket casually draped over your shoulders.

South of France

The South of France, with its picturesque villages painted in pastel colors and endless coastline of beautiful beaches, is one of my favorite summer destinations. From the glamorous streets of St. Tropez, where you can shop every major fashion brand, to quaint strolls through fishing villages like Villefranche-sur-Mer, and cobblestone hikes up to Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Chèvre d'Or for a sunset dinner, there's never a shortage of things to do. Although this region is highly touristy, there are plenty of hidden areas that authentically embody French culture, where you can mingle with locals and experience what it's like to live along the riviera.

Outfit Recommendations: Depending on what's on your agenda, I highly recommend packing balance between casual and dressy clothes as you'll never know where you will end up. Heeled sandals, cotton scarves, woven tote bags, sneakers for comfort and plenty of sun dresses.

Mallorca, Spain

As the largest of the Balearic Islands (Spain), nestled in the Mediterranean Sea, Mallorca is just a short 30-minute flight from Barcelona. With its scenic routes, there are so many beautiful places to see, including charming villages like Valldemossa, Puig de Sant Salvador, or Deia nestled in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, each with its own unique charm. Also known for its secluded coves (calas), my favorites are Cala des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards, and Cala Mondrago, though they do require breaking a sweat to reach.

Outfit Recommendations: Since there's a more laid-back vibe to Mallorca, I would suggest opting for flowy kaftans, comfortable sandals, t-shirt and shorts combos, and, obviously, plenty of bathing suits. This island is packed with outdoor activities, so a sporty casual look is ideal.

Mountauk, New York

A gem of the Hamptons known for its laid-back atmosphere and nautical vibes, Montauk is a coastal retreat for many New Yorkers escaping the city's heat. Whether you're catching waves, relaxing poolside at the Surf Lodge, exploring scenic coastal trails, or mingling at one of the lively house parties, there's never a dull moment and always something going on.

Outfit Recommendations: I suggest opting for oversized men's shirts paired with tanks and short shorts, high-waisted jeans, linen sets, sporty athleisure wear, leather flats, maxi dresses, woven bags, and of course, plenty of beach skirts to pair with your bathing suits.
