In a whirlwind, life in San Francisco has been nothing short but unpredictable. Now that life is semi-normal, I finally feel the urge to pull out all the pieces I curated during the pandemic to style them for the Fall season! Typically early to mid-October, we experience Indian summers in the city, but "hot sunny days" don't last long.

To get my creative juices flowing, I teamed up with photographer Mark Chua to shoot my outfit in Jackson Square a couple of months ago. This area of the city is as close as you'll get to feel the ambiance and vibes of walking through European streets. Notoriously known for hosting numerous speakeasies and parties during the probation era, this neighborhood still buzzes with some of the coolest restaurants and bars that I think are worth checking out. A few of my favorites include; Bix, Cotogna, Verjus, Trestle, and Kusakabe. Although a number of my favorite shops no longer exist on the block, a handful of spots have made it through the pandemic including; William Stout Architectural bookstore, Schott NYC, Atelier Lan Jaenicke, APC, Isabel Marant, Zimmerman, and Anine Bing.

Alright it's time to deconstruct my outfits and talk a bit of fashion! With this look, there are a handful of subtle details worth mentioning including corseting and cuffing no puns intended lol

One of my favorite go-to's these days for styling blouses is adding corset-like pieces to accentuate the shape of my waist. Here I've styled a strapless leather tube top over my blouse to enhance my outfit with a bit of fetish edge. If you've been in the market for a piece like this, I would highly recommend @sprwmnofficial , as it's entirely handmade in the USA from French hides that will stand the test of time and hold their shape!

I've started gravitating towards wearing wide and straight let trousers and jeans. Typically they're super long and I have to wear them with high heels. As an alternative if you want to wear them during the day the secrete is to fold and expose the hem with a large cuff. This not only will create an illusion of longer legs but also you'll be looking ultra-fashionable.

I've also been really into shoulder bags this past year and find them to be ultra useful for running around. This variation photographed above is already sold out but here is a simial variation thats just as beautifully made and probably more relevant for the upcoming season.

Hand-in-hands that's how we ride featuring my best friend and lover Dmitry.
